J Taylor Consulting was originally brought onto Burien Town Square to manage move-ins and Homeowner Orientations for an out-of-state developer. Since then, J Taylor’s scope of work has expanded to include building maintenance, retail management, and regular reviews with the sales and marketing team onsite. Community relations have also become a job duty here, as Burien is a close-knit community that relies on constant communication. J Taylor provides 24-hour on-call service to the homeowners of Burien Town Square Parcel 1, and is responsible for all warranty items at the property.

Undeveloped Land and Structures in Burien, WA

Burien Town Square Parcel One was just one small part of a master plan - the remaining plots of land, slated for future development, are managed by J Taylor Consulting. We work with the city to keep the land condition within city requirements and promote responsible development. We also consistently monitor and maintain vacant structures on the property for defects or security risks. Finally, J Taylor is part of the team working diligently on the design and function of the future phases.

Shopping Center in Kenmore, WA

Kenmore Village by the Lake is a shopping center originally slated for demolition so that a condo & retail center could be built on the property.  When the original plan was put on hold, J Taylor Consulting was brought in to provide asset management services including the coordination of tenant improvements and the resolution of tenant concerns.

37-Story Residential Apartment Tower in Seattle, WA

Aspira holds 325 apartment units, 5 levels of parking and 5,518 square feet of retail space in downtown Seattle. J Taylor Consulting worked closely with the construction management team and developer of this project to ensure a timely delivery. Additionally, J Taylor continues to assist post-construction on a consultant basis, communicating with the leasing and marketing teams, and working directly with subcontractors to add the finishing touches.
